If you want to be an expert barista and are keen to learn from the best in the industry, consider this three-hour training course on Thursday morning.
Attendees will learn the basic skills needed to prepare and serve espresso coffee using a commercial espresso machine and grinder. They will also discover the art of texturing milk and everything to know about maintaining and cleaning espresso equipment.
Coffee Alchemy is speciality coffee shop and roaster located in Marrickville, Sydney. It’s owned by respected industry figure Hazel de los Reyes, and has won a number of prestigious awards including "Best Coffee” awards in the Sydney Morning Herald’s Good Cafe Guide in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
