Anyone can make a tasty burger, right? It’s just a supermarket patty, some iceberg lettuce and a bit of “dead horse”. Well, not exactly.
This winter, executive chef James Wilkinson will be revealing all the secrets to making a tasty burger (with the right ingredients) in a number of masterclasses.
Recommended for junior chefs, attendees will learn about choosing and preparing meat (including the all important fat-to-meat ratio), choosing the right bun and condiments and how to quickly pickle vegetables.
The session will be followed by a sit-down lunch to sample your newfound skills over a glass of beer or wine.
