Feed Your Brain at the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival

Lunch and learn, drink and think – frame it how you like but you won’t go home hungry for knowledge.

The Melbourne Food and Wine Festival is back again this March with a panoply of experiences to enhance your knowledge of everything from pit-cooking to filo pastry. For the more traditional among us, the usual suspects of wine, cheese, whiskey and cocktails are also covered.

If you want a little information with your degustation, the events are a perfect opportunity to learn, network and gain valuable insights from established leaders in the food and hospitality industries. Get your culinary thinking cap on at talks, classes and tours which all fall into the festival’s “Feed the Mind” program.

Experiences range from shiraz challenges to sustainability seminars. Le Cordon Bleu ups the intensity with a 2-day course on food writing, with reporting opportunities and industry meet and greets.

Whatever your flavour, the festival is a fine way to step into Melbourne’s famous food scene.

The Melbourne Food and Wine Festival runs from March 16 to March 25 across different parts of inner and greater Melbourne.
