World Brewers Cup Champion Matt Perger and latte art ace Ben Morrow are two of the best baristas in the game. Both work at ST. ALi and will be hosting a four day mini coffee festival from 9-12 April.
Each day of the festival either Perger or Morrow will lead a class in the intricacies of turning out consistently great coffee.
Perger's sessions will include tastings of his best shots, including his award-winning signature drink. Morrow will focus in on latte art, even giving guests the chance for some hands-on practice.
Both sessions will finish up with a Q&A, followed by hors d’oeuvres and drinks from 5pm.
