Yoga Just for Hospitality Workers in Fitzroy

Find inner peace and stick around for a cheap cocktail afterwards.

There’s no denying the challenges of working in the hospitality industry. The irregular hours and busy shifts can be high stress and limit the amount of time you can get out and enjoy yourself and meet new people.

But here’s something to provide some relief. From October, Rosie Jean from @iliveinbalance will be running monthly Yogi and Negroni sessions at the Rochester Hotel to help hospitality workers relax, and have some fun.

Each class will begin with a brief conversation about the psychological and physical affects of working in hospitality. Attendees will then be guided through some simple stretches, before experiencing “45 minutes of guided body awareness and relaxation”. Afterwards, they can stick around to mingle with fellow yogis and take advantage of the $12 Negronis and Margaritas.

Spots are strictly limited, so purchase tickets ASAP.

More information and tickets here.

Relaxation for Hospitality Workers is on monthly at the Rochester Hotel, 202 Johnston Street, Fitzroy. The first is on Monday October 8 from 7pm to 8.30pm.
