This week’s best jobs are all in the kitchen.

Neighbourhood Wine
If you have at least six years cheffing experience, Fitzroy North’s Neighbourhood Wine is looking for a full-time chef. You’ll get to work in a dim, moody setting, with a hoard of local and international wines, and cook rustic French cuisine. Ideally, you will be interested in sourdough baking, fermentation and charcuterie among other traditional cooking techniques. Fine-dining experience is preferred, but not essential.

Bang Street Food
Popular Bangladeshi restaurant Bang Street Food is looking for a passionate chef to join a small, fun-loving kitchen team. You’ll be enthusiastic, creative and fully trained. Bang is offering flexible casual hours, with more shifts are available at its new sister restaurant Trunk Road. You will cook street snacks and share plates of hanger-steak kebab.

Operator25
Melbourne brunch destination Operator25 is on the hunt for passionate and experienced chefs for full-time and part-time positions. If you have a strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude, as well as a strong interest in multicultural cuisines, you should consider applying.

Blackbird & Co.
Serve bacon-and-egg bánh mì to loyal customers at Erskineville’s Blackbird and Co. The cafe is looking for an experienced full-time chef with a passion for cooking good food. You’ll be able to work weekends, have a minimum of two years experience in a similar role and have good attention to detail.
