We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Cook/Chef to join our team! We are looking for someone that is reliable, passionate and creative in this space who has solo kitchen experience.
To be considered for this roles you must:
- Have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar environment preparing and cooking a breakfast/lunch style menu
- Be eligible to work in Australia
- Can produce excellent cafe style food and breakfast
- Confident in a cafe style kitchen solo
- Have strong communication skills
Key Duties will involve:
- Producing delicious cafe style food
- Overseeing day to day operation of the kitchen and ensuring a smooth service
- Food preparation and ordering of stock for kitchen
- Cleaning and organising BOH and kitchen
- Supporting other members BOH
