Pizzeria on Lygon Street in Brunswick East searching for experienced junior Pizza Chef to join the team. Our venue is a casual Pizzeria which will be focused on naturally fermented pizza's, chargrilled snacks, wine and classic cocktails.
Figlia pizzeria seeking motivated and passionate junior pizza Chef to join our small kitchen team.
An exciting position is available for a serious candidate who is seeking to further their career.
The successful applicants will work closely with the head chef and will need to be able to work with sourdough pizza and run a busy service.
With leadership from our head chef this is your opportunity to further develop your skills.
Successful applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
The role will require you to have:
* Experience with Italian food
* Creativity and passion for the industry
* Initiative in generating ideas and creative alternatives according to seasonality
* Effective communication skills
* A can-do attitude, enthusiasm & an eagerness to learn
* Availability to work a variety of shifts
* A proven background in a similar role
