We’re excited to introduce a Senior Agent role to our team, responsible for driving success across a selection of our roster.

What We’re Looking For

We're after a go getter, someone who has amazing creative ideas with a business mind to match and land the deal. You’re unflappable under pressure, knowledgeable about the industry, and ready to hit the ground running with confidence.

Key Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent, or client-facing roles, influencer marketing, publicity or talent management
• A proven ability to manage a variety of projects, build lasting client relationships, and deliver impactful results
• Deep knowledge of industry trends and strategy, with a forward-thinking approach
• An exisiting network of clients and trusted brands 

What You’ll Do

Reporting directly to our CEO/COO, you will:

• Drive business development and secure new bookings
• Strategically guide and manage an assigned roster of 15-25
• Manage and negotiate contracts for a variety of projects, from editorial and commercial campaigns to influencer partnership
