To be successful in this role, you don’t need to have all the skills already. We are looking for someone with:

• A love of people, and of offering genuine hospitality;
• More than two years experience offering excellent table service in a busy, fast paced environment;
• An interest in Japanese culture and food;
• A desire to develop their career with an industry leading company.
