This May, restaurateur Chris Lucas will introduce Canberra to a brand-new French concept in the heart of the nation's capital.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry’s finest Pastry Chefs to join our opening team to deliver a best-in-class dining experience. You will be a passionate and a highly energetic hospitality professional.

Must be willing to relocate to Canberra.

Chef de Partie and Commis Chef positions available. 
 
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
  • Experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a high-end restaurant
  • Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for quality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
  • Team oriented and strong communication skills
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Eye for detail and strong time management
  • Knowledge food safety standards
  • Genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
  • Qualification in Patisserie, Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
