Experienced Baker
Rye & Dough
Join our team at Rye and Dough, an artisan bakery in the heart of St Kilda.
We're looking for a skilled and reliable baker to work three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and bake a variety of high-quality bread and pastries
hand shaping, cutting and oven with a peel.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, early morning environment
- Maintain consistency, quality, and hygiene standards
- Assist in dough preparation, shaping, and baking processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in baking in an artisan or commercial bakery
- Strong work ethic and ability to start early mornings
- Attention to detail and passion for quality baked goods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
