The role

We're looking for motivated a Flagship Restaurant Manager to manage our newest Restaurant, support our teams, and grow the brand with us.

Skills and experience

You’ll have:

  • A passion for food and restaurant operations
  • Desire to make an impact on customers and team members
  • A can-do work ethic and the ability to take initiative on projects
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership ability, approachability, and a reputation as a role model

Your tasks

You will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of your restaurant
  • Understand and take action on key metrics (e.g. restaurant sales and costs) to allow for future growth
  • Manage all expected reporting, sales and expenses
  • Deliver superior customer service, to every customer, every time
  • Maintain critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation
  • Role model and reinforce FISHBOWL’s people and culture standards
  • Supervise and coach team members to grow with us.
