We're Hiring at Winston's - Bartender & Front-of-House Roles Available Winston's is growing, and we're on the lookout for two hospitality pros to join our beachside team this winter! 1. Experienced Bartender We're after someone who knows their way around a cocktail shaker. You'll be confident creating both classics and new creations, with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love for great drinks. A solid background in bartending is essential, along with the ability to work cleanly, quickly and as part of a fast-moving, fun team. 2. Front-of-House Team Member We're also looking for a warm, confident, and seasoned front-of-house professional who thrives on building great relationships with guests. This role is perfect for someone who wants to help grow a local favourite and be a key part of Winston's connection to the Bayside community. Energy, personality, and professionalism are all key. Both roles are casual, with flexible hours and plenty of opportunity to be part of something special as we continue to build Winston's through the winter season and beyond. Sound like you?
