Overlooking the Yarra Ranges and set amongst beautifully established native gardens, the estate features a modern cellar door, restaurant, and boutique accommodation.

THE ROLE 

Restaurant & Events Supervisor

We are seeking a customer-focused and personable individual to be the face of Seville Estate Restaurant & Events. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a warm experience for every visitor, creating memorable and engaging interactions that reflect the premium nature of the Seville Estate brand. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to contribute fresh ideas to how the restaurant operates and help shape the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities: 

Working alongside Chef Patron James Cornwall to help create a premuium dining expereince.

Deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect the premium, yet approachable, nature of our brand

• Champion and share the brand story and deep knowledge of our wines to create memorable, personal interactions
• Lead restaurant operations, inclusive of daily setup/pack-down
• Develop and implement improved procedures to enhance the efficiency and the overall experience 
• Lead the planning and delivery of events and activations 
• Liaise with events contact to support with wedding and private functions
