Osteria Renata is looking for a Wine Buyer / Co-Venue Manager. Opened in 2022, Osteria Renata located on High street in Prahran has been serving up Handmade pasta and highly seasonal italian fare
- Management and development of your wine and beverage program.
- 4 Day work week on offer, three days off

About the role:
We’re looking to build our team with motivated, passionate and quality talent.
What you'll do:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth running of all front and back of house functions.
- Leading and motivating a team of staff members to provide high-quality food and beverage service.
- Controlling stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Developing and implementing effective rosters to ensure adequate staff coverage.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the venue.
- Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborating on promotional activities and events.
- Managing budgets related to food costs, labor costs and other operational expenses.
- Overseeing maintenance and repairs of restaurant equipment as needed.
- Handling any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.

Minimum requirements:
- Australian Permanent Resident
- Formal hospitality training certificates or at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role/s
- English language fluency
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
