STREAT is seeking a casual barista and all-rounder with several years' experience to work at our cafe at 480 Swan St, Richmond. The role is 25-28 hours a week, Monday-Thursday, with Fridays optional.

Now we’re looking for someone new to join our team. We roast, we bake, we train, we make. We’re baristas, mentors, and social change-makers. At STREAT, you'll have the opportunity to pass your skills on to young people who have experienced difficulties entering the workforce. You'll be working with a range of friendly and passionate people who take pride in their work and have fun doing it.
We currently have approx 25-28 hours (8-2 Mon-Thurs, optional 8-12 Fridays) available per week, at our ground floor cafe at 480 Swan St, Richmond. The venue is spacious, modern and busy, offering an al a carte menu, grab-and-go options, STREAT Bakery pastries and STREAT Roastery coffee.
