Section Waiter - Shell House Dining Room & Terrace

THE OPPORTUNITY

Shell House Dining Room & Terrace, a celebrated 2-hatted restaurant and bar, is seeking highly skilled Section Waiters to join our exceptional team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a renewed vision of providing a world-leading dining experience in the heart of Sydney's CBD.
  
We are looking for casual staff, to work Monday to Saturday, meaning you will have Sundays off.

ABOUT YOU

• You have had at least 3 years of relevant experience in a hatted restaurant setting.
• You are passionate about great customer service and enjoy the interaction with customers.
• You have a genuine interest in food and beverage and creating memorable dining experiences.
• You want to be part of a vibrant and friendly team, who support each other to consistently deliver the best guest experience.
• You go above and beyond for guest experience. 
• You are adaptable, dynamic, and have a can-do attitude.
