Join Cavallino on part time or full time basis Cavallino is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Head Waiter to lead our front-of-house service and deliver an authentic, memorable guest experience. Set amidst the lush surrounds of Terrey Hills in Sydney's Northern Beaches
Lead and support the waitstaff team in delivering exceptional service standards
Liaise with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations during service
Create a welcoming, refined dining experience for all guests
Train junior staff and uphold Cavallino’s service culture
Manage floor operations including bookings, sections, and guest feedback
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior front-of-house or head waiter role
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Passion for Italian food, wine, and hospitality
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-pressure service periods
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
