Two bob is on the look out for a superstar FOH/barista (all-rounder) for our lovely cafe in Fitzroy North. 2 years minimum experience is a must. 5 days a week, no weekends. A love of coffee and a commitment to excellence is ideal. Maintaining a high standard in coffee preparation, service and customer experience will be expected.
Key responsibilities -
- uphold high standards in coffee preparation, maintaining consistency in every cup
- greet and seat customers, ensure they feel valued
- ensure the venue is always exceptionally clean
- deliver a seamless high energy service
- open and close duties
The candidate has -
- proven min 2 years experience as a barista or all-rounder in a high volume, specialty setting
- a passion and experience with exceptional customer service
- an ability to build genuine connections and foster a positive team spirit
- driven, proactive and always striving for excellence
- attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences
