About the Opportunity:
Lucas Restaurants is embarking on a significant period of growth, with a number of new restaurants opening in the next 6-12 months.
To facilitate this, we are on the look-out for an industry leading Restaurant General Managers to join the group and deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Demonstrated experience as a General Manager in a high-performing restaurant setting, with a strong emphasis on team culture and guest satisfaction.
- Deep understanding of compliance, licensing, and operational standards in hospitality.
- Track record of exceeding performance goals and driving continuous improvement across service, sales, and team development
- Strong understanding of financials
- Skilled in developing strong internal and external relationships.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Experience using Deputy (or similar T&A system), H&L POS, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to present ideas and information clearly.
- Availability to work across weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts as required.
- Tertiary qualification in management is advantageous
- A current RSA Certificate
