Paski Vineria Popolare restaurant has two floors and is an Italian wine bar located in Darlinghurst.
Downstairs is more of a wine bar and upstairs offers a more classic style of service.
Our menu focuses on fresh handmade pasta and local ingredients with the majority of our products being made in house including our focaccia
We have a small team and change the menu often to stay with what's in season.
We are looking to add a Sous Chef and or Senior CDP to our growing team.
We are looking for someone that has experience cooking Italian, is responsible and professional.
The position will be for 4 days a week midday until close (10:30-11pm) from Monday -Saturday. 50/50 split tips with front of house. Closed on Sundays.
