Full Time FOH Staff for Japanese Izakaya in CBD

Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, Izakaya Miyazaki is a Japanese restaurant specialising in Robatayaki, premium Wagyu, fresh sashimi, and rare imported sake. We’re passionate about delivering an authentic Japanese dining experience with warmth, efficiency, and care — and we’re looking for new team members who share that spirit.

Position: FOH Waiter/Waitress

Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
• Take orders, serve food and drinks with efficiency and attention to detail
• Explain menu items and recommend sake and dishes with confidence
• Work closely with the FOH and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Maintain a clean and organised service area
• Contribute to a friendly and respectful team environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hospitality experience essential
• A positive attitude and genuine care for customers
• Strong communication skills
• Mandarin and/or Japanese language skills are a plus
• RSA certificate required
• Must be available evenings and weekends
