 We are looking for someone with:

  • Must have excellent cooking skills
  • Training in fish and meat preparation
  • Experience cooking over charcoal 
  • Experience with food ordering, par levels and wastage control
  • Experience running the pass
  • A love of food and wine
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
