WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support and lead a passionate kitchen team alongside the Head Chef.
• Maintain consistency, presentation and high standards in every dish.
• Contribute to menu creativitywith seasonal, italian-inspired ideas.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operation, hygiene and efficency.
• Help train and motivate junoir chefs.                                                                                                                                                                                           

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senoir CDP in a quality kitchen
• Strong Italian cooking Knowledge ( both Traditional & modern Styles)
• Calm, Organised and team focused leadership.
• Passion for quality ingredients & elegant simplicity.
