Mule is a Mexico City inspired restaurant opening in the the CBD of Torquay. We are looking for an experienced chef/cook who wants a sea change to help manage the kitchen along side a small team. We are searching for someone who is passionate about cooking in a small team with seasonal ingredients and with fire. You will be running the restaurant when the exec team is not there and will be required to keep the standards high and lead the team.
