Duties Include:
• Dough preparation and management
• Wood-fired oven operation
• Quality control and plating consistency
• Staff training and supervision
• Ingredient preparation and stock rotation
• Maintaining food safety standards
Required Experience and Skills:
• At least 3 years professional experience in Neapolitan pizza-making
• Skilled in traditional wood-fired oven techniques
• Understanding of Italian pizza standards and processes
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
