The European, a well established one hat restaurant together with the City Wine Shop are looking for an experienced and passionate CDP to work with our talented team on a full-time basis with 2 regular days off and no split shifts.
You will work closely with the Head Chef of the European to have input in menu design around the seasons and the ability to develop your career within our venues with an established restaurant group.

Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
Excellent pan skills, solid knowledge of sauces, and a creative flair
Desire to contribute to menu development, including daily specials
Strong understanding of ordering, stock rotation, and stock takes
Commitment to cleanliness and maintaining high kitchen standards
Key Selection Criteria:
Minimum 3+ years’ full-time kitchen experience
Qualification in Cert IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Exceptional organisation, communication, and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Full working rights in Australia
