We are looking for a Sous Chef to complete our small, passionate Kitchen Team.
The successful applicant would be working alongside our newly appointed Head Chef and required to work a consistent, rotating roster. The role would include offering operational and creative support whilst being able to execute recipes with accuracy and plating with detail. Napier Quarter is a seven day, multi service operation – following and implementing systems with diligence is paramount.
Our simple menu is focused on local makers, quiet technique and produce of the highest quality. We seek like-minded individuals to join our ever-evolving business; a great attitude, willingness to learn and an interest in growth are imperative.
