Searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to work closely and oversee a modern Australian restaurant, located in a beautiful heritage listed building, in the Melbourne CBD.
Previous experience in a management role within hospitality required. Our candidate would ideally have a strong knowledge of domestic and international wines and a warm service style with an ability to translate that knowledge to staff and guests.
Working within a small team, the candiate would be a hands-on leader with excellent communication and team-building skills.
