Position for an experienced bakery pastry chef to join our small team in an elevated position.
You will need to have 2 years experience in a high level bakery, and at least 1 year in the lamination department.
You will be expected to become an integral part of our small, tight team, with opportunity to be involved across all facets of our busy kitchen, producing a small range of high quality and unique pastries, cakes and breads.
You will have the ability to organise and run the early morning bake off, produce laminated products in a small batch arena, work with a skilled and professional small team.
Five days straight, early mornings hands on and management of part of a small patisserie team. Every afternoon is free for your work life balance to be ....balanced. One weekend day, minimum, is required.
