Wild Life Bakery is looking for an experienced Baker to join our bread team. We're a small, retail-focused bakery specialising in sourdough bread, viennoiserie, pastries and great sandwiches, with a second location nearby and a growing wholesale offering.
As a Baker at Wild Life Bakery, you’ll be responsible for producing a range of bread doughs from mixing through to baking, following established recipes and schedules while maintaining high standards. You’ll work closely with the Head Baker contributing to smooth daily operations, with the opportunity to develop your skill set.
We care deeply about quality, consistency, and using excellent ingredients from local suppliers. This role would suit someone with prior professional baking experience, who enjoys hands-on bread production, works well as part of a small team, and prides themselves on quality output.
About You
Previous professional sourdough baking experience is required
Comfortable working early mornings and at least one weekend day
Reliable, organised, and efficient
A team player who communicates well and enjoys working collaboratively
