As a Production Assistant, you’ll play a key role in packaging, preparing, and delivering our products reliably and efficiently.
You’ll be a steward of quality, consistency, and safety in our Collingwood roastery.

Operations
Packaging and presentation of all products
Weigh checks and calibration
Heat sealing and stamp making
Bagging machine operation
Order completion and local deliveries
Ensuring delivery accuracy
Quality & Consistency
Maintaining a premium unboxing experience
Sticker and packaging consistency
Box making and bag preparation
Upholding quality control standards
Practising safe working procedures and fostering a safety mindset
Maintenance & Facilities
Roastery cleanliness and organisation
Open and close procedures
Equipment and basic maintenance
Vehicle cleaning
Forklift operation (where licensed)
Silo refills
Administration & Systems
Intra-company communication
Inventory management and reserve counts
Shipping management
Collaborating closely with the roasting department
Maintaining strong product knowledge
You’ll likely bring:
