Criteria Coffee is growing, and with that growth comes an exciting opportunity to define the success of our wholesale partnerships. A newly created role focused on developing long-term relationships, thoughtful progress, and the everyday work of helping others to celebrate exceptional coffee.
Built around Criteria’s values of coffee quality, community and partnerships, the Wholesale Partnerships and Sales Lead will spend time alongside café owners and coffee customers, identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, whilst supporting existing partnerships.
You’ll work with exceptional coffee and alongside a small team of professionals. In return, you’ll be given trust, space to grow, and a clear pathway to develop your skills as an integral part of the Criteria Coffee leadership team.

Since 2018 Criteria Coffee has supplied high-quality coffee to cafés and hospitality businesses. Founded by Craig Simon a multi-award-winning coffee professional, Criteria offers exceptional coffee supply but also represents a unique gateway to coffee knowledge through co-roasting and education programs.

The Package
This is a full-time, Melbourne-based role with a salary package aligned to experience and responsibility, along with generous performance-based bonuses. A company car will be provided, fuel card, phone and the practical tools needed to complete your tasks. Plus, opportunities for ongoing learning and professional development as the business and sale team grows.
