About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Baby!
Main Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment, station & stock for service
- Prepare cocktails and other beverages to a high standard
- Provide an exceptional level of service for guests
- Complete closing duties as assigned
Experience, Skills & Attributes:
- At least 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high volume venue
- Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Must obtain valid RSA Certificate
