Housed in the beautiful, historic and heritage listed Griffiths Tea building in Sydney’s Surry Hills, Chin Chin Sydney has its own unique personality and a menu that reflects of its own neighbourhood.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced and driven Chefs to join our team at Chin Chin Sydney. You ideally have extensive Wok and Grill experience. Ensure the overall operation of your allocated section runs smoothly and effectively. Train and coach Cooks ensuring quality and consistency of products.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in an a la carte environment
- Wok and Grill experience advantageous
- Asian cuisine knowledge is highly regarded
- Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of food safety standards
- Willing and able to work rotating roster that includes weekend and public holiday.
