As Senior Resale Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of consignment and the store experience. Through your expertise in selection, pricing and stepping up to supervise when required, you support a trusted resale service for every seller and shopper.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering warm, proactive service that reflects the Goodbyes experience.
- Supporting consignment operations, from selection and pricing to member enquiries.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe store environment.
- Stepping up as supervisor when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Have retail experience and are confident delivering great customer service.
- Are organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team.

Location: Prahran | Part-time
Retail Level: 3 | Penalty Rates: Weekends & public holidays | Leave: As per Fair Work Act, with 17.5% leave loading
