Position Details
The Store Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of Maker and Monger, ensuring exceptional execution across team leadership, customer experience, and commercial performance. This role exists to deliver a consistently high standard of service, drive sales growth, and uphold the brand’s reputation as the leading speciality cheese retailer in Australia through operational excellence and strong on-floor leadership.
