This is a hands on role working across both bagel and doughnut production. You'll be involved in shaping and preparing bagels, managing dough, boiling & baking, and building sandwiches during service.
We run a fast paced kitchen with real volume, so we're looking for someone who is organised and takes pride in consistency.
Experience in a fast paced kitchen environment is required. We're looking for someone reliable, comfortable during busy service, and able to take ownership of their work.
