About Yakimono:
A creative tribute to Japanese cuisine, Yakimono is an exuberant inner-urban Japanese eating house in the heart of the CBD. The colourful and high energy Yakimono joined the Lucas Collective family in late 2021.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry’s best Waitstaff to join our team to deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests. Coordinate and communicate a multitude of elements within the restaurant. You will be guest focused and bring a charismatic approach to your work.
Main Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional guest service, from the moment a guest walks in, to the moment they leave
- Greet & seat guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks to the table
- Demonstrate knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of station and service areas at all times
- Proactively carry out any other duties as instructed by Crew Leaders
Experience, Skills & Attributes:
- Experience as a section waitstaff in a high volume, premium restaurant is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
