About the Venue:
Opening in November, Noẽma is the newest concept from acclaimed restaurateur Chris Lucas and Lucas Collective. A contemporary Mediterranean restaurant with a modern Greek influence, Noẽma celebrates exceptional produce, bold flavours, and cooking over a Josper grill. Set in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, the venue will offer a refined yet vibrant dining experience across a stunning main dining room, intimate basement dining, and elegant private dining spaces.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the best leaders in the industry to join the opening team. Be instrumental in delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests and team.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Demonstrated restaurant management experience in an a-la-carte dining environment
- Restaurant opening experience is advantageous but not essential
- Proven track record in leading a high performing team
- Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew development
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Experience using a Time & Attendance, and stock management system
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must possess a valid RSA certificate
- Qualification in Hospitality, Management or similar discipline
