We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to complete our small, passionate Kitchen Team by overseeing our morning to daytime services.
The successful applicant would be required to work approximately 38 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturdays with a focus on morning services, our concise baking program & prep support for the services ahead.
The role would include offering operational and creative support whilst being able to execute recipes & mise en place with precision as well as plating with accuracy and detail.
