We are seeking a motivated and passionate Chef de Partie to work alongside our talented kitchen team on either a Full-Time or Casual Basis. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef of The European, have input into seasonal menu design, and enjoy the chance to grow your career across our iconic venues.

Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
Excellent pan skills, solid knowledge of sauces, and a creative flair
Desire to contribute to menu development, including daily specials
Strong understanding of ordering, stock rotation, and stock takes
Commitment to cleanliness and maintaining high kitchen standards
Minimum 3+ years’ full-time kitchen experience
Qualification in Cert IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Exceptional organisation, communication, and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
