This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a marketer who loves turning ideas into action from developing campaigns and creating content to coordinating shoots, managing digital channels, supporting events and delivering engaging brand experiences across our venues.
Working closely with our marketing, events and venue teams, you’ll help deliver campaigns that build brand awareness, engage customers and support bookings and revenue across the portfolio.
You’ll bring strong storytelling instincts, an excellent eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects from brief to completion. Most importantly, you’ll be proactive, organised and someone who enjoys getting things done and seeing great ideas come to life.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaigns
- Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across our hospitality, food & beverage and the Florence Guild brands.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns and activities are delivered on time.
- Develop campaign concepts, promotional ideas, key messages and marketing content in line with established brand direction.
- Coordinate marketing activity around key trading periods, seasonal opportunities, events, launches and venue activations.
- Work closely with Events Sales, Brand Partnerships and Venue Operations to support campaigns that drive bookings, customer engagement and revenue.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, approvals and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications are accurate, polished and consistent with our brand standards.
- Identify relevant trends, content ideas and opportunities that can be translated into practical marketing activity.
Content, Social & Digital
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and deliver engaging content across social media, websites, eDMs and other digital channels.
- Write and develop engaging copy, headlines, captions, campaign messaging and other marketing communications.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of photography and video shoots across our venues, food & beverage brands and events.
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, content creators and other external creative partners.
- Create and adapt marketing assets using Canva, ensuring content is polished, engaging and on-brand.
- Assist with social media content planning and execution.
- Keep website content, digital campaigns and customer communications up to date.
- Stay across relevant social media, content and digital trends and identify ideas that could work for our brands.
- Assist with image, video and other content editing where required.
CRM & Customer Engagement
- Coordinate CRM and email marketing campaigns to engage and retain our customer database.
- Prepare and distribute eDMs, customer communications and promotional campaigns.
- Support initiatives designed to encourage repeat visitation, bookings and customer loyalty.
- Assist with database growth and customer engagement activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and help identify opportunities to improve customer engagement.
PR & Media Support
- Work closely with our PR agency and internal teams to support media and PR activity.
- Assist with preparing marketing materials, information and content for media opportunities.
- Help coordinate media events, venue launches, activations and other promotional opportunities.
- Identify interesting stories, experiences, events and content that could be relevant for PR and media exposure.
- Assist with maintaining strong relationships with creative and media partners.
Marketing Administration & Reporting
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules and project trackers.
- Coordinate briefs, approvals, assets and deadlines across multiple projects.
- Assist with marketing reporting across Google Analytics, social media, email/CRM and other relevant platforms.
- Track campaign activity and provide straightforward updates on performance and results.
- Maintain organised marketing files, content libraries and brand assets.
- Assist with invoices, purchase orders, agency coordination and other day-to-day marketing administration as required.
About You
We are looking for a hands-on, creative and highly organised marketer who enjoys execution and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You will ideally have:
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing or a similar hands-on role, ideally within hospitality, F&B, events, lifestyle, entertainment or premium brands.
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent copywriting, communication and content creation skills, with a strong eye for detail.
- Strong Canva skills and confidence creating polished, on-brand marketing collateral and digital content.
- Good understanding of social media, digital marketing, CRM and email marketing.
- Experience coordinating photography, video shoots and external creative partners.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and basic marketing performance reporting.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for content creation, research, ideation and workflow efficiency.
- Highly proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from brief to completion.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing activity supports customer engagement, bookings and revenue.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, food, beverage, events and experiences.
- Experience with premium, luxury or lifestyle brands, and image/video editing skills, will be highly regarded.
