SUPERVISORS & FOH TEAM | SPAGHETTI CLUB

MAMAS Dining Group, the team behind Hochi Mama, Straight Outta Saigon, Kiss & Tell, Windsor Wine Room, Disuko and Spaghetti Club, is growing the Front of House team at Spaghetti Club.

Spaghetti Club is a high energy Swan St, Richmond venue built around handmade pasta, warm hospitality and a buzzing atmosphere. We’re all about creating a fun, memorable dining experience backed by great food, genuine service and a team that brings plenty of personality to the floor.

We’re looking for experienced FOH team members and Supervisors who love being on the floor, thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and know how to deliver warm, confident and memorable service.

Whether you’re an experienced Section Waiter looking for your next venue, or you’re a season Supervisor ready for the next adventure, we’d love to hear from you.

For our FOH team, we’re looking for people who:

• Have experience working in busy restaurant environments
• Are confident running a section and managing multiple tables
• Deliver warm, attentive and knowledgeable service
• Enjoy food, wine and creating memorable guest experiences
• Work well under pressure and bring great energy to service
• Are reliable, proactive and genuinely team-focused
• Hold a current Victorian RSA

For our Supervisors, we’re also looking for people who can:

• Bring previous supervisory experience and confidently lead a small FOH team
• Lead shifts from the floor, prioritising and coordinating the team to keep busy services running smoothly
• Set and maintain consistent, high-quality service standards
• Present professionally and lead by example in their approach to guests and the team
• Coach and support team members in real time throughout service
• Confidently handle guest feedback and service recovery
• Bring strong food and beverage knowledge, with wine knowledge a bonus
• Support opening, closing and day-to-day operational procedures
• Maintain strong RSA, presentation and venue standards
• Bring energy, accountability and a genuine desire to grow and develop
