At Cedar Street Cafe, we’re all about great coffee, warm community vibes, and welcoming smiles every morning. We’re on the lookout for a passionate, experienced Head Barista to step up, lead our coffee program, and be the heart of our machine!
About the Role As our coffee leader, you’ll take full ownership of our daily coffee service. You’ll keep our grinders perfectly dialed in, run a smooth and speedy service during peak morning rushes, and ensure every single cup meets our high standards. You will also manage coffee inventory, look after our machinery, and mentor our team of baristas to help them refine their skills and latte art.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 2+ years leading a machine in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Coffee Expertise: Advanced dialing-in skills, machine maintenance know-how, and a sharp eye for quality extraction.
