As the weather warms up and the season gets busy, we're growing the team at Pony. We're looking for a bartender who takes pride in the craft and loves the buzz of a full room.

About us

Pony is a small, busy neighbourhood restaurant in Armadale. We're part of our community, and we're here for it. We work closely, move quickly and keep things simple: good food, good wine, good cocktails and great people.

The role

• Lead day-to-day bar service in a busy dispense bar, keeping drinks fast, consistent and beautifully made
• Batch our house cocktails and prep syrups and other bar essentials
• Keep the bar spotless, organised and ready for service
• Have the chance to help shape our cocktail menu, if that's your thing

About you

• 2+ years of bartending experience, with strong classic cocktail and spirits knowledge
• Fast, calm and efficient under pressure, with a warm, welcoming manner
• Someone who cares about the details, from a well-balanced drink to a clean station
• A valid RSA and full working rights in Australia
