Chef / Cook - Larder

This role requires:

• Execution of a classic Italian menu with a focus on fresh, seasonal, local produce
• 2-3 years experience in the larder section (hot and cold)
• preparation and (some) development of pastry and desserts
• Continued updating of your skills through ongoing training
• Implementation of UmbertoGroup menus and contribute to the ongoing development of those dishes and others as required
• someone who takes pride in their work and embraces their role and responsibilities
