Food & Beverage All-rounder (Bartenders)

We’re seeking experienced and passionate Food & Beverage All-rounders/Bartenders to join our Front of House team across our Sydney Work Club spaces. If you take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality, anticipating guest needs and creating a welcoming, refined service experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Reporting to the Club Manager, you’ll be part of a close-knit team of 3–5, working alongside F&B All-rounders/Baristas and Concierge to deliver a seamless, premium member and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive and professional service to members, guests and visitors.
• Anticipate member and client needs, responding promptly to requests, special occasions and feedback.
• Prepare and serve quality coffee, beverages and cocktails to a high standard.
• Support food and beverage service, bar operations, events and meeting room catering.
• Maintain the presentation, cleanliness and organisation of club lounges, bars and service areas.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, stock replenishment and inventory control.
• Uphold food safety, RSA and workplace health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless, premium hospitality experience.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage service or bartending.
• Current NSW RSA certification; barista skills are highly regarded.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• A polished, confident and professional presence, with a warm and approachable manner.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs, multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, adaptable and hands-on team player.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, with occasional evening shifts for events.

Employment Details

• Location: Sydney, NSW — Work Club spaces 
• Employment Type: Casual 
• Pay Rate: HOSPO Level 2, plus applicable penalty rates, plus superannuation 
• Payroll: Fortnighly 
• Hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts rostered between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm, and occasional evening events until 9:30 pm. Roster flexibility is required to support the operating hours and service needs of our club spaces.
• Weekly Hours: Approximately 30–38 hours
• Reporting to: Club Manager
• Commencement: Immediate start preferred
