Melbourne Event: Creative Writing Workshop

Become the writer you’ve always wanted to be.

Social life, work, writer’s block – a lot of things distract writers every day, and it often feels as though we are the biggest barriers to our own productivity.

A series of classes hosted by Yarra Libraries is giving you the chance to improve your writing, learn new techniques, engage in challenges and break through your creative boundaries to become the writer you’ve always wanted to be.

You’ll learn how to craft a piece from concept to creation, edit your work as you go, and address the often-daunting task of filling a blank page. Plus, you can bounce your ideas around a room filled with creative minds.

All classes are free and bookings are essential. Tickets and more information are available here.

The Write-In’s next class is on Thursday September 26 at Bargoonga Nganjin, North Fitzroy Library, 182 St Georges Road, North Fitzroy, from 6pm to 8pm.
